Job Title: Legal Expert

Job Summary:

The Direct Investment Portfolio Department requires a highly skilled Legal Advisor to manage the Enterprise Ireland investment portfolio. As a key member of this team, you will develop and implement legal strategies to ensure successful investments.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to negotiate and draft legal documents, as well as providing expert advice on legal matters related to investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement legal strategies to manage the Enterprise Ireland investment portfolio
  • Negotiate and draft legal documents with stakeholders, including companies in which Enterprise Ireland has invested
  • Provide expert advice on legal matters related to investments
  • Work closely with the Direct Investment Portfolio team to ensure that legal requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Relevant law degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of working in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
