Lead Digital Strategist

This role is within the Experience & Engineering department in Dublin.

  • Leads client relationships and becomes a trusted point of contact.
  • Works with internal teams to shape strategies and roadmaps.
  • Identifies new opportunities – whether that's improving platforms, using new technology, or exploring different ways of working.
  • Keeps communication clear, honest, and regular – both with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develops effective solutions aligned to the bigger picture.
  • Maintains strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Balances day-to-day delivery with longer-term strategy.
  • Demonstrates a curious approach to understanding how things work and finding opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar lead digital strategist role.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms – especially websites and CMS-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas clearly to various audiences.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands.
