
Sales and Restaurant Development Representative

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a strategic-minded, driven Sales and Restaurant Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on collaboration, partnership, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads; assist with sales prospecting on the phone to schedule appointments for account executives in their region.
- Implement lead generation programs as developed by the restaurant marketing team.
- Craft and distribute sales messages to restaurant prospects using traditional mailings and targeted email marketing.
- Provide general sales support to sales teams; ensure lead hand-offs to account executives are successful and exceed customer expectations. Respond to requests from prospects for additional product information.
- Keep management advised of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Some travel is required for training, market research, and sales initiatives, as well as organizing, preparing for, and attending regional trade shows.
Requirements:
- A successful telesales or call-center track record with a history of exceeding objectives.
- Customer-centric approach with an ability to nurture trust and confidence with customers.
- Ability to understand and resolve current and future business needs, often going above and beyond to supervise customer happiness.
- Continuous pursuit of service improvements, soliciting and applying feedback, and building/maintaining positive relations.
- Thrives on collaboration and partnership, demonstrating dedication to team goals through attitude, contribution, and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, including information sharing, openness to others' views, and accountability for own actions.
