Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is a pre-requisite for this role.
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to clients.
  • IT literacy and strong communication skills.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and friendly with a positive outlook.
  • Team player with strong attendance and performance record.
