We are seeking a senior unified communications and contact center professional to provide expert-level UC, Call Manager, and Contact Center services for an enterprise client. This is a long-term day rate contract based in Dublin.
This role requires an individual with excellent knowledge of modern call center and contact center systems, including environment and integration.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior-level UC, Call Manager, and Contact Center services
- Deliver application and support services for national contact call centers
- Technical Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Good understanding of IVR technology and platforms such as Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco
- Technical knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications, Oracle, and .NET based GUI applications
