Production Management Position

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our productions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior production staff to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Ensure familiarity with production briefs, schedules, and departmental requirements.
  • Review scripts, animatics, and other production materials to identify potential issues.
  • Manage pipelines, including file structures, asset tracking, and communication with teams.
  • Support senior production staff in coordinating departments and addressing issues.
  • Communicate with clients and provide updates on production status.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, setting goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Production Coordinator in the animation industry, with knowledge of pipeline management and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication and people management skills are essential for success in this role.
