Job Role: Geographic Data Coordinator

This position focuses on collaborating with external partners and government entities to gather geographic data for Google Maps. The successful candidate will engage in research, communication, and coordination activities to enhance the accuracy of map data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential partners to share basemap data for inclusion on Google Maps.
  • Conduct research in assigned cities to collate data from approved sources.
  • Liaise between external partners and Google stakeholder teams to convey requirements and validate data.
  • Manage and track all data submissions with GDO operations teams and various external partners.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Experience in business development, B2B partnerships/sales, and customer service.
  • Technical expertise in Geographic Information System tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in digital technology companies with tech products.
