About the Role

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Applications Developer to join its Information, Communications and Technology department. This role requires extensive experience in architecture, design, and development of Microsoft applications, including Power BI Reports, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft stack technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with ICT stakeholders, including Project Management Office, Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Development Software Testing, and ICT Operations teams. The primary responsibilities include providing technical application assessment, design, and development skills across various projects. Additionally, the Senior Microsoft Applications Developer will carry out business-as-usual and application support activities and be assigned to diverse projects such as in-house systems development projects, business intelligence and data analytics projects, and 3rd party systems integration projects.

This role requires deep technology knowledge and the ability to deliver solutions in line with business requirements and the available technology stack. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and assisting on software version upgrade releases, supporting applications managed by the team, providing advice to business units on Microsoft business applications projects, advising on system performance, and providing solutions to performance issues. They will also interface with Microsoft Corporation and partners on technical support, develop, manage, and maintain software solutions, prototype and implement solutions across multiple architectures, translate business needs into systems design, and ensure security and compliance by design.
