Training Coordinator

Shape the future of your organization by leading all aspects of training, including providing proactive advice and support, designing and delivering workshops and programmes, commissioning external providers, developing talent management interventions, and implementing training functionality.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced training professional with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualified, and experience of using Cornerstone LMS and Rise 360. The ideal candidate will be a strong business acumen holder with project management skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an appetite for learning.

  • Lead all aspects of training to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions aligned to our business needs.
  • Design and deliver workshops and programmes that meet the organisation's requirements.
  • Commission external providers to deliver training solutions.
  • Develop talent management interventions to enhance employee development.
  • Implement training functionality to improve the overall training experience.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current and best practice training solutions, drive, and action orientation to deliver results, as well as excellent customer service skills.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with an impressive track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions.
  • Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualified.
  • Experience of using Cornerstone LMS and Rise 360 is a distinct advantage.
  • An appetite for learning, high attention to detail, and a positive, engaging style of work.
