Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst Internship

This internship provides high potential students with a unique opportunity to work in the Cyber Security Operations Center, driving innovation and excellence in cybersecurity.

About the Role
  • Monitor and detect cybersecurity events and incidents in real-time using centralized systems, ensuring prompt response to emerging threats.
  • Analyze alerts and data from multiple sources, including SIEM, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, antivirus, and firewalls, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Cyber Fusion Center, leveraging expertise in Advanced Threat, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, Content Development, and GRC to drive incident resolution and process enhancements.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, antivirus, and firewalls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
