BMS Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled BMS Engineer to fill this critical position. The ideal candidate will have experience with building management systems and be able to ensure efficient operation of HVAC, lighting, and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of building management systems for optimal performance.
  • Design, install, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) for HVAC, lighting, and other building services ensuring seamless integration.
  • Develop and program control strategies for energy-efficient building operations including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and control theory.
  • Integrate BMS with other building systems ensuring communication between different protocols.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in BMS software platforms such as Siemens Desigo, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or Johnson Controls.

This role requires a strong understanding of building management systems and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
