Barista and Deli Assistant

Our team is currently seeking a skilled Barista and Deli Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for customer service with your enthusiasm for food preparation and presentation.

  • Prepare high-quality drinks and serve a range of fresh deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain the bar and deli counters, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Handle payments accurately and maintain stock of clean mugs, plates, and deli supplies.
  • Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, and food preparation/presentation techniques.
  • Check brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
  • Follow food hygiene, allergen, Health & Safety, and hygiene guidelines.

  • Have previous experience in customer service, deli, or catering (preferred but not essential).

  • Show exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
  • Have a good level of spoken English.
