Job Summary
This key role involves delivering exceptional student experiences by providing timely support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds expectations.

Main Tasks
1. Serve as the initial point of contact and advisor for all students and visitors, ensuring courteous and professional interactions, effective advice provision, and prompt issue resolution.
2. Work closely with the Centre Director and Director of Studies to convert walk-in students into enrollments.
3. Oversee the efficient operation of the accommodation function, including residence allocation and homestay management within company policy timelines, maintaining accurate records as per policy.
4. Organize, implement, and promote student activities, supporting students' requirements in this area.
5. Adhere to company and regulatory procedures, including student immigration requirements and statutory procedures (in the US, may be trained as DSO).
6. Continuously identify opportunities to drive process improvements and service enhancements that positively impact the student's experience, including managing the Student Ambassador Program.
7. Coordinate the delivery of student 'firsts,' including airport transfers, arrival at residences, and homestay families or liaison with the homestay delivery partner to assign the best fit family, and operational aspects of the first day with other team members.
8. Assist with collecting monies owed by students as informed by finance following company policy and procedure.

Qualifications and Skills
A-level or equivalent education required;
Fluent verbal and written English skills;
No specific degree but desired; knowledge of another language considered an asset;
Prior customer-facing industry experience, preferably with a multicultural aspect;
Desirable skills include customer service, working in a multicultural environment, personal travel as a language student, accommodation knowledge in the EFL industry, and previous work experience in an English Language School;
