As a key member of our extended leadership team, you will play a critical role in achieving this purpose by overseeing stakeholder engagement and change management for our Chief Transformation and Technology Office (CTTO).

About the Role

The Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management will be responsible for planning and managing stakeholder collaboration and communications events, including forums, workshops, training seminars, and meetings. This will involve fostering open and transparent collaboration with market participants and stakeholders, identifying and building real relationships with key stakeholders, and understanding their unique interests and concerns.

You will also oversee the CTTO communications plan to provide balanced, constructive, accurate, and consistent information to assist stakeholders understand the relevant business issues, supporting and opposing arguments, options and alternative actions, and proposed solutions.

As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing the stakeholder engagement team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field – communications and marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent communication and industry stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in planning and executing complex stakeholder engagement frameworks
  • Ability to understand and articulate the purpose of planned changes, anticipated benefits, and potential challenges
  • Delivery-focused, outstanding organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to build effective internal and external partnerships

In addition, you will be able to adapt quickly to new situations, respond positively to setbacks, and be comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. Your ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals will be essential.
