Commercial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Strategy Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional with expertise in commercial strategy and revenue growth initiatives.

  • Develop and implement long-term commercial strategies to achieve sustainable growth
  • Manage revenue targets, forecasting, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and programme offerings
  • Collaborate on market positioning, pricing strategies, and programme launches
  • Oversee debt funding requirements to support business scaling

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' Proven leadership in senior commercial or business development roles (ideally in finance/banking)
  • NFQ Level 8 degree or Qualified Accountant. Additional qualifications such as MBA, CTP, CFA highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, corporate governance, and risk management
  • Advanced skills in data analytics / financial modelling tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
