About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to oversee high-quality commercial, fit-out, hospitality and pharma projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in construction project management.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-end finishes and zero-defect handovers.

  • Develop and implement daily and weekly programmes.
  • Ensure works are carried out in compliance with planning, health & safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare project, programme, and risk-management plans.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure works are carried out to a high standard.
  • Programme Management: Prepare project, programme, and risk-management plans.
  • Team Management: Manage subcontractors, suppliers, operational staff, and site personnel.
