Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for all wedding and event enquiries
- Conduct property showarounds and consultations with prospective clients and couples
- Manage all event bookings from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
- Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets for all relevant departments
- Ensure smooth communication and handovers to the operations team
- Work towards and exceed wedding and event sales targets
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and warmth throughout the client journey
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Opera/Hotsoft or similar hotel systems
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the wider team
