We are seeking a seasoned Events Coordinator to join our team at a prestigious 4-star estate. This pivotal role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for all wedding and event inquiries
- Conduct property showarounds and consultations with prospective clients and couples
- Manage event bookings from initial inquiry through to successful delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, confident, and welcoming demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding guest service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant hotel systems
- Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets for all relevant departments
- Ensure seamless communication and handovers to the operations team
- Work towards and exceed wedding and event sales targets
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and warmth throughout the client journey
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of event facilities, packages, and pricing
- Attend management meetings and contribute to the overall success of the events department
