About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to drive our teams in pioneering breakthrough technical features and platform capabilities for search and AI-driven relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the evolution of search architecture, focusing on scalable indexing, efficient similarity search, reranking, and advanced query processing.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated leadership in defining and launching complex technical products in search, databases, or AI/ML platforms.
  • Deep expertise in vector databases, search pipelines, similarity search algorithms, and distributed systems architecture.
  • Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts.
  • Curiosity to truly understand technology that serves search experiences.
