Job Title: Director, Financial Technology Solutions

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Director with a strong background in finance technology to lead the delivery of complex financial solutions. As a seasoned Programme Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of finance technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading interactions with senior stakeholders to resolve important questions and challenges regarding solution design, plan and budget of a complex finance technology implementation.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Serving as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years delivering finance technology projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
- Experience with delivering finance technology and reporting systems, such as SAP and Oracle.
- Strong project management skills, with experience of the full lifecycle of delivery on large scale finance technology programmes.
