Leading Finance Technology Solutions

A highly experienced and skilled leader is required to oversee the delivery of complex finance technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and managing projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
- Leading interactions with senior stakeholders to resolve critical questions and challenges regarding solution design, plan, and budget.
- Ensuring the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years delivering finance technology projects.
- Experience with delivering finance technology and reporting systems, such as SAP and Oracle.
Domain Expertise:
- Finance processes
- Financial reporting in Banks and Insurers
Technical Skills:
- SAP Finance – S4 GL, FPSL, Group Reporting, BW, others
- Oracle Finance
Tools and Technologies:
- Jira, Confluence
- SQL, XML
