Senior Sales Director

We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace, and security events with features like APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring, and more. This enhances operational efficiency and reduces observability spend by up to 70%.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of quota-carrying Account Executives selling into Commercial accounts. They must be hungry, humble, and smart professionals with proven experience leading and growing Commercial sales teams and delivering results.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the Commercial segment
- Set up Account Executives for success with clear GTM strategies around ICP and territory planning
- Build a strong culture and cadence around Pipeline Generation, Negotiation, and Deal Closure
The successful candidate has 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales leadership, including experience leading Mid-Market/Commercial AE teams with high-velocity sales cycles. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, recruiting, and retaining top talent is essential.

- Collaborate effectively cross-functionally with Account Management, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams
