Chief Healthcare Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Lead to drive our healthcare design and project delivery initiatives across Ireland.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a fully qualified architect with a minimum of ten years' post-qualification experience, possessing a deep understanding of Irish construction regulations, healthcare policy, and public procurement rules.
- Able to administer professional services and construction contracts.
- Experience in leading large-scale projects and project teams, managing statutory permissions, tender, and construction documentation/specifications, and project delivery/post-evaluation.
- Excellent communication and management skills, (verbal, written, and presentation).
- A sound understanding of and commitment to sustainable building design and delivery.
- Ability to manage health and safety in design.
- Experience of Information Management (BIM) to ISO 16950.
