Business Development Director

The company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join their team based in Dublin 4.
This role involves providing corporate advisory services for domestic and international clients, identifying and project-managing tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planning, advising overseas clients on compliance and tax structuring projects, and managing the company's diverse corporate tax compliance portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Carry out corporate advisory work for domestic and international clients
- Identify and project-manage tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planning
- Advise overseas clients relocating to Ireland on both compliance and tax structuring projects
- Manage and expand the company's corporate tax compliance portfolio
- Work with the existing client base to develop new business opportunities and maximize tax efficiencies
- Build and maintain client relationships within the firm and internationally
- Stay up-to-date with tax technical changes due to the evolving international tax landscape
- Develop and train junior members of the team in both technical and practical experience
- CTA/CTC Qualified (Accountancy qualification also desirable)
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent knowledge of corporate tax in Ireland and internationally
- Client-focused with an interest in developing new business opportunities
- Excellent team management skills
