Responsibilities
  • Oversee concierge operations, including itinerary planning, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and guest transportation.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local area, recommending hidden gems and creating bespoke experiences for guests.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
