
Event Experience Manager

We are seeking a diligent and organized M&E Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a calm and professional approach to their work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the setup and breakdown of conference and banquet rooms, providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests, and collaborating with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of conference and banquet rooms to the Hotel standards and client specifications.
- Drinks reception service.
- Meetings and Events food service.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
- Service meeting and conference rooms for coffee breaks, lunch, etc., as needed.
- Liaise with the Events Management to ensure function sheets are up-to-date.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, uniform, appearance, and conduct at all times.
- Adhere to health & safety training, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces and storage areas.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests.

- Handling any issues or concerns that arise during events promptly and professionally.
