Job Description:

The Service Support Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing proactive support and resolution to customers. This involves coordinating all aspects of supporting capital equipment, including servicing and repair processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Services Team to meet and exceed customer expectations, as the first point of contact for customers. They will also be responsible for updating the Navision Service Module with logged actuals, maintaining accurate equipment lists, and informing customers about products approaching end-of-life/end-of-service.

Key responsibilities include processing service orders, maintaining service documentation, providing quotations, and liaising with engineers on scheduling service visits and callouts. The Service Support Associate will also issue customer invoices and resolve any queries that may arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
