Senior Culinary Manager

This key leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen management at a care centre, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene are met.
A skilled chef is required to plan, cost and deliver tailored menus that meet residents' dietary requirements. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in kitchen or catering management and be passionate about creating nutritious meals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee kitchen operations, including HACCP compliance and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement high-quality menus tailored to residents' needs.
- Manage food purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships.
- Lead, train and develop the catering team to achieve excellence.
