About the Role

The Irish Cancer Society is seeking a skilled Transportation Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation services, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, healthcare professionals, and our volunteer drivers.

Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our patients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. This involves receiving and processing referrals from partner hospitals, managing daily bookings, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with our Patient Transport Coordinator to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our service delivery. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
