We are seeking an exceptional professional to assume the role of Head of Supply and Insurance Performance, a pivotal position within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and cost efficiency across our Car Rental Supply operations.

This strategic leader will develop and implement a comprehensive supply commercial strategy, working closely with our Supply and Partner Trading teams to optimize supplier negotiation and trading strategies.

In addition, they will oversee the development of a Car Rental Insurance Performance Optimization Strategy, collaborating with our Insurance and Partner Trading teams to enhance insurance profitability and product proposition.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and the ability to influence key stakeholders in achieving sustainable commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering a Car Rental Supply Commercial Strategy, acting as the conduit between Business Strategy, Supply, and Partner Trading Teams.

Key responsibilities include optimizing Car Rental Supply Performance, setting and achieving P&L performance targets/KPIs aligned with Partner Trading objectives.

They will also drive supplier margin enhancement by managing costs such as insurance claims, chargebacks, and customer service fees.

A critical aspect of this role involves developing a strategy for enhanced insurance profitability and optimizing insurance performance KPIs, working closely with the Insurance Lead and Partner Trading P&L Leads.

The Head of Supply and Insurance Performance will serve as the commercial lead and representative with Revenue Management teams, making active decisions on product pricing, content management, marketing funds, loyalty campaigns, CRM, digital marketing, and supplier marketing initiatives.

This role requires the ability to coordinate data analysis and hypothesis testing with the Business Strategy team to uncover and address trading opportunities and challenges.

Effective communication and performance management are essential in ensuring key stakeholders understand the drivers of Supply & Insurance performance.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders to define and prioritize performance optimization opportunities.

To succeed in this challenging role, the candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to drive results-oriented solutions.
