Cloud Engineering Leader

This is a senior leadership role where you will build and scale cloud capabilities, guide a team of engineers, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking a Cloud Engineering Leader to lead technology initiatives and drive technical excellence across investment platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing a high-performing engineering team, shaping and delivering the technical roadmap, partnering closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy, providing oversight on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation, and supporting cloud transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team working on investment platforms.
  • Shape and deliver the technical roadmap for Aladdin and related investment systems.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business strategy.
  • Provide oversight on architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and innovation.
  • Support cloud transformation initiatives, helping build Azure-based investment platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience as a Cloud Engineering Leader in financial or investment systems.
  • Experience working with investment platforms (ideally Aladdin).
  • Technical background in .NET and/or Python, with strong knowledge of Azure cloud.
  • Ability to guide technical direction without being hands-on daily.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
