**Job Title:** Bin Management Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bin Management Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of bin delivery and service personnel, as well as a bin task scheduler.

  • Liaise with the bin logistics scheduler to ensure the completion of all bin tasks (deliveries, removals, repairs etc).
  • Review and improve the process of setting bin tasks, providing corrective feedback where necessary.
  • Ensure tasks are scheduled in the most efficient manner.
  • Supervise the bin logistics team to monitor individual performances and provide guidance.
  • Liaise with other departments affected by bin logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain a clear and up-to-date bin task system.
  • Perform regular stock checks to ensure sufficient supply to meet demands.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
Key Responsibilities

As a Bin Management Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with the bin logistics scheduler to supervise the completion of all bin tasks.
  2. Reviewing and improving the process of setting bin tasks.
  3. Ensuring tasks are scheduled in the most efficient manner.
  4. Supervising the bin logistics team to monitor individual performances and provide guidance.

Requirements
