TN Ireland is seeking a skilled Partner Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including negotiation and agreement on terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Managing the delivery of partner-related projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion.
  • You will provide input on the development of product and service offerings, taking into account customer feedback and market trends.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on partnership performance, including identifying areas for improvement.
  • Providing training and support to colleagues on partnership management best practices.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with partnerships, including contractual obligations and regulatory compliance.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders within partner organizations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to inform partnership strategy and decision-making.
