Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bid Executive to join our proposals department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating the bid process, and working closely with partners and associates to ensure timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing tender documents that meet submission requirements
- Coordinating the bid process internally, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Liaising with partners, associates, and business services teams to update content
- Working with drafting software and content library to produce high-quality proposals
- Identifying new tender opportunities and updating the internal tender tracker accordingly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience within a professional services environment

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously
