Childcare Team Lead Role

Requirements for Success:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Degree Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Relevant experience working in a similar role in a community-based organization.
  • Legislative Knowledge: Familiarity with Irish childcare legislation and regulations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Irish language.
