Job Opportunity:

In a dynamic environment, we are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Sales Executive Apprentice. This position offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development within a leading organisation in North Dublin.

As a Sales Executive Apprentice, you will embark on an extensive 12-month training program. Key areas of learning include refining our sales process, managing customer follow-ups and prospecting systems, achieving set sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow our sales process rigorously in pursuit of vehicle sales
  • Develop and maintain effective customer follow-up and prospecting systems
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process efficiently
  • Achieve agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles
  • Built lasting relationships with customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
  • Presentation skills highly advantageous
  • Relevant qualifications including Leaving Cert Maths and English (A1-C3) or equivalent required
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to succeed in a career selling motor vehicles
  • Candidate must possess excellent organisational & negotiation skills
  • Display a warm and friendly personality portraying a professional image
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
