Operations Promotions Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing & Commercial team as an Operations Promotions Executive. The successful candidate will support the smooth delivery of promotions across multiple markets, ensuring they are compliant, commercially effective, and engaging for players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute promotional campaigns that drive player engagement and retention.
  • Localize promotions to align with market nuances while staying true to brand objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless player experiences.
  • Champion operational excellence by supporting automation and efficient campaign delivery.
  • Analyze performance and use insights to shape future planning and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with local market regulations and responsible gaming standards.

About You:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in online gaming, ideally in promotions, arcade, or lifecycle campaigns.
  • Have knowledge of European gaming markets, particularly the UK, Italy, Spain, and Nordics.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and can interpret campaign data to identify improvements.
  • Be an operational precisionist who can juggle multiple campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be a creative problem-solver who enjoys developing innovative promotions to meet diverse player needs.
  • Have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and responsible gaming practices.
