Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as a Data Annotation Specialist. This role is critical in enhancing the accuracy of large language models by creating, evaluating, and refining question-answer pairs.
Main Responsibilities- Annotate data accurately and consistently adhering to predefined guidelines
- Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning classifiers
- Develop and maintain guidelines for high-quality classification and content creation
- Perform research to annotate accurately
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks and contribute to process improvement
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organization
- High proficiency in Hebrew & English (C1 Level minimum)
- Undergraduate university degree with diverse representation across required domains
- Understanding of common social norms including social dynamics and popular culture
- Ability to reference online resources rephrase and write cohesive answers
- Experience in data analysis trend insights and initiative development
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively managing multiple activities simultaneously
