Job Opportunity

This is a superb opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Professional.

An exciting role that involves ensuring the hotel achieves high standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests;

To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to;
• To carry out maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance routines as per the departmental requirements;
• To follow up on guest feedback in relation to maintenance issues;
• To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams;
• To provide support where necessary in other areas of the hotel.

The above list is not exhaustive and may be added to in the future. We are looking for individuals with:

  • Minimum 2 years experience;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Safe Pass certification.

About the Role

This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the hotel's facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas;
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, replacements, and adjustments;
  • Ensuring all equipment and appliances are in good working order;
  • Following up on guest feedback and addressing any concerns;
  • Providing support to other departments as needed;
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Safe Pass certification and ability to obtain relevant licenses and certifications;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules as required;
