We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Department Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business results and fostering a positive work environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create a motivating workplace atmosphere that promotes collaboration and productivity among colleagues.
- In the absence of the Store Manager or Deputy Manager, assume overall responsibility for store operations and ensure seamless customer service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Promote open communication, trust, and teamwork within the department and across teams.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help them achieve daily objectives and meet customer expectations.
- Analyze performance reports and operational systems to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer and colleague experiences.
- Leverage data insights to drive initiatives that reduce food waste, manage inventory effectively, and optimize store processes.
- Recruit talented individuals who share our customer-centric values and contribute to a positive company culture.
- Oversee stock management activities, warehouse organization, and operational procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, overcharges, and refunds to maintain accurate financial records.
- Optimize front-end operations to minimize wait times and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Recognize and reward outstanding service, providing constructive feedback when necessary.
