Job Summary

The primary objective of the Medical Secretary Grade IV role is to deliver exceptional administrative support across various hospital departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that all duties, roles, and responsibilities are carried out to the required operational standards
  • Providing comprehensive assistance to patient care teams and administrative staff members
  • Working at multiple locations as necessary to meet hospital service needs
  • Offering cover for colleagues during periods of absence

Candidates should possess suitable experience and qualifications, accompanied by excellent communication and organizational skills.
