Key Role:

As a strategic People Manager, you will lead the HR function in guiding future staff recruitment, retention, and development plans. This position plays a critical role in shaping our people strategy while meeting contractual obligations.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide guidance to management and staff. The ideal candidate has a third-level qualification in HR or a related field, with at least 3 years' HR experience, including 2 years in a management role.

  • Lead the HR function, providing expert guidance to management and staff.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, and screening candidates effectively.
  • Develop and implement employee retention initiatives through new employee inductions and wellbeing programs.
  • Ensure fair and consistent employee relations practices.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and staff development.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and reporting.
