Job DescriptionThis role involves delivering high-quality care to clients on evenings and weekends, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will be responsible for providing personalized support, assistance with daily living activities, and promoting independence.
A key aspect of this role is your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
You will be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fully qualified drivers with QQI Level 5 Modules in Care of the Older Person and Care Skills
- Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Ability to provide a fitness to work certificate from your GP
- Two professional references
