Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain marketing documentation for our direct equity offering.
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies within our global equity universe by monitoring market developments, analysing data, and interpreting trends.
  • Analyse and formulate investment ideas for inclusion in our direct equity offering.
  • Communicate portfolio updates, relevant news, information, and investment views with portfolio managers and clients.
  • Manage queries from portfolio managers and clients in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Investment Team to develop investment views for our Private Client Department.
Requirements
  • A team player with the ability to use initiative.
  • A passion for investing.
  • A positive attitude, flexible outlook, and high level of initiative and enthusiasm.
  • A strong commitment to personal development.
  • Degree or masters level in a business-related discipline.
  • 1-3 years postgraduate experience in stockbroking, investment management, or accountancy.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Demonstrable interest and understanding of investments and financial markets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; verbal and written.
  • High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingsness to complete QFA and CFA examinations.
