About the Role">

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will contribute to large-scale product integrations by leveraging third-party APIs, enhancing UI workflows, and adhering to the latest security standards.

You will apply your application knowledge to design high-impact solutions that improve the stability and quality of our platform.

Taking a proactive approach, you will resolve application issues, develop unit and functional tests to prevent future occurrences, and assist with refining and prioritizing your team's issue backlog.

You will promote positive communication, collaboration, and team growth, communicating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technical Support, Software Development, QA, Design, Documentation, and Product Management.

To ensure the health and availability of our production application, you will monitor, analyze event logs, and debug high-priority production issues.

Collaborating with fellow engineering team members, you will maintain architectural knowledge of new features and changes to the platform.

As a positive role model, you will inspire others to follow your lead, and as an agent of change, you will identify gaps in processes and tasks, advocating for new ideas to drive continuous improvement.

You will utilize AI tools and techniques to streamline and enhance development processes, including code generation, bug detection, and automated testing.

Developing tooling to improve development and deployment processes, you will leverage industry-standard patterns and practices, applying strong computer science fundamentals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience programming in C# and ASP.Net.
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, completing root cause analysis, debugging code, and bug fixes.
  • Passionate technologist looking to teach and learn from the best in software development.
  • Proficient with public cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure, including services like Azure DevOps, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
  • Independent, driven, creative, and likes to take ownership.
  • Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Proficient in designing scalable and high-performance applications using Azure cloud services.
  • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and implementation within Azure environments.
