  • Procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractor packages is managed by the successful candidate.">
  • Providing clear direction to project teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors.">
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and professional communication.">
  • Overseeing labor allocation and resource planning for effective project delivery.">
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies is ensured.">
  • Project progress monitoring, risk identification, and corrective actions are implemented as required.">
  • Innovative approaches, sustainability, and digital tools are promoted in project delivery.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • A degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).">
  • Proven experience delivering electrical projects within the M&E or construction industry.">
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.">
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teams.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in project management software desirable.">
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.">
  • Familiarity with NI and ROI regulations and standards.">
