Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior eCOA Licensing Associate.

  • The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise in eCOA, along with a solid technical background and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:

The Senior eCOA Licensing Associate will be responsible for leading and preparing complex client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities. Additionally, they will ensure that all required information is provided in the final proposal within the given timeframe.

  • This involves adhering to the MRT department-specific proposal process, chairing kick-off and resource meetings, and coordinating the participation of appropriate personnel in the proposal development process.
  • The Senior eCOA Licensing Associate will also set up and lead project strategy meetings for key/non-key opportunities, liaise with relevant personnel, and prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate costs and assumptions.
  • They will submit final proposals on time to clients, coordinate and participate in negotiations and discussions as required, and lead single-service bid defences and other client meetings as needed.
  • The position also involves coordinating and preparing budgets and specifications for contracts for new business awards (where applicable), clarifying contract specifications with relevant stakeholders, soliciting input and review from relevant operational departments, and training and mentoring junior staff as appropriate.
  • Furthermore, the Senior eCOA Licensing Associate will develop and maintain filing and tracking tools in accordance with accepted practices, comply with ICON administrative, training, and human resources policies, and assist with continuous departmental process improvements and participate in special projects periodically assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Subject Matter Expertise in eCOA
  • Solid Technical Background, with Understanding in Software Development and Clinical Technologies (EDC, eCOA, IWRS etc.)
  • Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Expertise in Project Management Principles (Certification is a Plus PMP / PRINCE II, CAPM, PgMP, etc.)
  • Ability to Adapt to Change and Competing Priorities
