Job Overview

The Technical Training role is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Hyundai network technicians.

  • Develop and implement technical training courses on Hyundai products and systems, focusing on EV technology and high voltage certification.
  • Create e-learning solutions using our Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance training delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Technical department to expand one's knowledge of Hyundai products and systems.
  • Pursue Train the Trainer Certification at Hyundai Motors Europe and continue professional development through technical training courses.

About You:

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in Automotive, fault-finding, and diagnosis with multiple years of experience.
  • National Craft Cert or equivalent required; High Voltage experience a significant asset.
  • A strong motivation to continually improve knowledge of Hyundai products and technical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Holding a full clean driving license.
