Key Responsibilities:
  • Tracking and updating workforce availability using Excel-based planning tools integrated with SAP.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly dashboard reports on staff utilization and workforce planning.
  • Coodinating with hiring management team to assign staff based on project needs.
