This role involves coordinating and optimising workforce planning to support the delivery of data centre and high-tech commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a resource pool of engineers, tracking staff availability, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring efficient workforce distribution.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum 3+ years of experience in resource coordination, workforce planning, or project support is also essential.
The role requires strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective collaboration. Reporting to the COO, the successful individual will work closely with Project Managers, Operational Directors, Associate Directors, HR & Finance responsibilities including tracking and updating workforce availability, preparing weekly dashboard reports, coordinating with hiring management team, strategically allocating personnel resources, and managing short-term and long-term resourcing needs.
